We accept Adobe Creative Suite files (Versions 1, 2 & 3) and Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). We also accept Quark Express files. If you are working in some other application, please inquire about its suitability before submitting a job.

Jobs should be submitted with all supporting files, including all fonts and images. Images should be linked, not embedded.
Image files should be a minimum of 150 ppi at printed size. Our LightJet photographic printers are RGB devices, and our other printers are CMYK or CMYK+ devices. The Onyx RIPs driving the printers do an excellent job of conversion, so do not change the mode of your image to accommodate us, or upsize your file to reach a minimum file size. Any mode or size changes are best done at the RIP level. However, downsizing is always best it is more efficient to send us an ideally sized file (200 ppi at printed size) rather than a large file that takes more time to transfer, view, and print.
